Individual and symposium abstract submissions will be peer reviewed by the scientific committee of the ESNcongress. Upon acceptance, individual submissions will be allocated to either a poster or an oral session by the scientific committee. A selection of the accepted submissions will be published in Behavioural Neurology. Abstracts should not exceed 250 words in length.

Individual submissions: Authors can submit individual abstract(s) for presentation. The presentation format of the accepted abstract (poster or oral presentation) will be decided by the scientific committee. Poster sessions will provide a more informal forum of discussion and exhibitors are encouraged to provide a handout for viewers. Poster dimensions will be communicated upon acceptance of the submission. Oral presentations will be approximately 15 minutes in length (10 minutes presentation / 5 minutes for questions) and grouped on a common topic.

Symposia: Symposia are submitted by a single organizer and consist of about four closely linked abstracts that deal with a specific neuropsychological issue. Each symposium chair is responsible for the entire session that will be submitted as a whole. Please follow the instructions on the submission website. Presenters should be aware that no funding for symposia or individual presentations can be granted or registration fees can be waived by FESN. Seventeen symposia will be selected. To stimulate international collaboration, preference will be given to symposia that host contributions from different countries.

Deadline for individual submissions and symposia is 31 March 2010.
Notification of acceptance will be send by the end of May 2010.
