Following the success of the Modena 2004 and Toulouse 2006 meetings, a European Federation of Neuropsychology Societies has been formalised. This Federation (ESN - European Societies of Neuropsychology) currently comprises 15 national societies. The meeting in Edinburgh will be the first meeting of the formal Federation, which makes it an important event in fostering neuropsychology across Europe.

The first ESN meeting is to be organised by the British Neuropsychological Society (BNS) and the local organising committee consists of the Human Cognitive Neuroscience Group from the Department of Psychology at the University of Edinburgh. The meeting will be held in the Assembly Rooms in the city of Edinburgh, 2-5 September 2008.

The scientific programme will include:

Keynote Lectures
Symposia
Oral Presentations
Poster Presentations

The Call for Submissions is now open and accepting submissions for the ESN 2008 meeting.
